Police: Man Tried to Take Up-Skirt Photos at Target, Elsewhere

Snellville Police say he is suspected in using his cell phone to snap pics at stores in Snellville, Loganville.

Snellville Police are looking for a man suspected in trying to take photos up the skirts of women customers at stores in Snellville and Loganville.

The police department issued a BOLO (be on the lookout) and posted surveillance camera images of the suspect on Facebook on Tuesday.

He is described as an older black man with graying hair.

Snellville PD told the Gwinnett Daily Post one of the incidents occurred Dec. 1 at the Target store on Scenic Highway.
