Police Release Sketch of Possible Suspect in Carjacking, Sexual Assault
Gwinnett Police said the suspect rammed the victim's vehicle, then forced her to drive away with him.

Gwinnett Police have released a sketch drawing of the possible suspect in a recent sexual assault last week, during which he allegedly carjacked a woman and forced her at gunpoint to go with him.
The sketch, with the assistance of the victim, depicts the man wanted in the July 30 attack near Lawrenceville Highway in unincorporated Lawrenceville. His description:
- Race/Gender: White Male
- Age: Between 25-40
- Height: Approximately 5 feet 10 inches
- Hair: Dark, low cut
- Eyes: Possibly brown
- Other features: Muscular build, clean shaven, tan complexion
The victim told officers she was driving home after getting off from work around 8:30 p.m. last Thursday, and was stopped at a red light on Lawrenceville Highway north of Pleasant Hill Road. She said once the light turned green, she was rear-ended by another vehicle.

She told police she got out of her car to see what happened, but the man pulled out a handgun and ordered her back inside. She further told police the two continued down Lawrenceville Highway and turned right onto an unknown road, where the man allegedly assaulted her inside the vehicle.
The suspect’s car was seized by police. Gwinnett Police public information officer Cpl. Michele Pihera said Crime Scene Unit investigators were able to find physical evidence in the vehicle. That evidence is being processed by the GBI.
