Safety Improvements Near Grayson Elementary Approved
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners signed off on nearly $2 million for intersection improvements and school safety.

GRAYSON, GA -- The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday approved $1.92 million for intersection upgrades and other improvements near Grayson Elementary School.
“The project will add turn lanes, sidewalks and a new traffic signal to the intersection of State Route 84 and Rosebud Road,” county transporation director Alan Chapman told commissioners, according to the Gwinnett Daily Post. “The work will reduce congestion at the intersection and improve access to the adjacent Grayson Elementary School.”
State Route 84 is more commonly know as Grayson Parkway.
