CRIME AWARENESS/COMMUNITY INFORMATION ALERT
Activity date: April 30, 2015 – May 3, 2015
Zone 1
Nothing reported.
Zone 2
Suspicious Vehicle – A blue and white Chevrolet pickup with a camper was reportedly driving slowly through the neighborhood on Partee Trail. Area checked. No contact made. Extra patrol was requested.
Zone 3
Damage to Property – Multiple mailboxes were damaged on Bethany Church Rd. during the night hours. Extra patrol requested in the area.
Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Old Monroe Madison Hwy. and Gene Bell Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. Capucine Compton was arrested for Driving while License Suspended as a result of the safety check.
Damage to Property – Peters Cemetery grounds was reportedly damaged. Extra patrol requested.
Damage to Property – A mailbox was reportedly damaged on Brookshire Ct.
Damage to Property - A shed near the lumber company of the Great Walton Railroad was reportedly damaged.
Arrest – Arnold McCurry was arrested for an outstanding warrant at a residence on W Fambrough St.
Zone 4
Arrest – Robert Grindle was arrested for Battery following a dispute on Dry Pond Rd.
Theft Report – Items were reportedly taken from a residence on Bradley Gin Rd. Incident reported occurred between 04/07/2015 and 05/01/2015.
Zone 5
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Twin Oak Place. Residence checked. Everything okay.
Loud Music – Loud music was reportedly coming from a residence on Piney Grove Rd.
Shoplifting – Female reportedly stole underwear and socks from Dollar General on Walker Park Dr. Female was in a silver, Chrysler passenger car. Female was gone upon deputy’s arrival.
Arrest – Cach’Iqishe Taylor was arrested for Disorderly Conduct following a dispute on Watson Fain Trail.
Burglary Report – A refrigerator was reportedly removed from a residence on Ridge Ct. without permission. Refrigerator was recovered at a neighbor’s house.
Zone 6
Suspicious Person – A white male who claimed to work for AT&T was reportedly at a residence on Claude Brewer Rd. Subject could not provide proper ID when requested. Subject left area in a white BMW with three other males. Area checked. No contact.
Arrest – Tiffany Eurbin was arrested for Theft by Taking following an incident on North Sharon Church Rd. where multiple items that were stored in a residence were taken.
Zone 7
Burglary Report – A residence on Wagon Trail was reportedly damaged and burglarized between 01/16/2015 and 04/30/2015.
Arrest – William Jowers was arrested for Robbery and Battery at a residence on Guthrie Cemetery Rd. following robbing and assaulting a subject at a residence on Church Way.
