Sheriff's Calls: F-250 Stolen, Used to Ram Through Gate in Theft

CRIME AWARENESS/COMMUNITY INFORMATION ALERT
Activity date: April 28, 2015
Zone 1
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a business on Hwy 138. Business checked. Everything okay.
Zone 2
Theft Report – Subject at a residence on Ashley Ct. reported her Social Security check is missing.
Suspicious Person – A male subject was reportedly trying to siphon fuel from a vehicle at a residence on Squirrel Hollow Rd. Subject reportedly fled the area in a small pickup truck.
Zone 3
Theft Report – A 2002 white, Ford F250 was reportedly taken from a residence on Nunnally Shoals Rd.
Zone 4
Nothing reported.
Zone 5
Theft Report – A truck that was reported stolen from Nunnally Shoals Rd. was used to smash through the front gate of Pike Electric. A trailer with Polaris ATV and miscellaneous tools inside the tool box were stolen. Truck and trailer were later recovered in Morgan County.
Firearms Discharged – Firearms were reportedly discharged in the area of Mountain Creek Church Rd. Area checked. No contact.
Zone 6
Fraud – Subject on Annslee Circle reported fraudulent use of his credit card in which someone used his credit card to make a purchase. Incident happened sometime during the month of March.
Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Thompson Rd. and Clay Dr. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Arrest -Christian Garcia was arrested for DUI in the area of Beaver Rd. and Thompson Dr. following a traffic stop where subject turned around at safety check.
Arrest – Lisa Mossman was arrested on Lawrenceville Hwy for Headlight Violation, Possession of Schedule IV Drug 2 counts and Drugs to be kept in Original Container.
Zone 7
Arrest – Enrique Solis-Carmona was arrested for Driving with No License in the area of Hwy 138 and Nunnally Farm Rd. following a suspicious person complaint.
