Zone 1
Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on H D Atha Rd. and Liberty Hill Church Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested in the cul-de-sac of Liberty Hill Church Rd.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Cornish Mountain Church Rd. Residence checked. Everything okay.

Zone 2
Theft Attempt – Two black males, one wearing a black jacket and the other wearing a camouflage jacket reportedly attempted to steal a small ATV from a residence on Arnold Dairy Farm Rd. Area searched. Subjects not located.

Arrest – Henry Phillips was arrested for DUI and Open Container in the area of Brentwood Blvd.

911 Hang up – Walton County deputies responded to a 911 hang up at a residence on Hwy 11 on two separate occasions. Weather related.

Agency Assist – Monroe Police Department requested assistance in reference to a fight in the parking lot of Fuzions.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Whitney Rd. Homeowner set off by accident.

Zone 3
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at Harmony Elementary School. School checked. Extra patrol conducted.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Old Monroe Madison Hwy. Residence checked. Everything okay.

Explosion – Two explosions were reportedly heard in the area of Paul Malcom Rd. Area checked. No contact.

Noise Complaint – Large party reportedly being loud in the area of Brentwood Blvd.

Zone 4
Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested in the area of Shoal Creek Rd. in reference to speeding autos.

Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested on Shoal Creek Rd. in reference to speeding vehicles.

Extra Patrol – Extra patrol requested in area of Carl Moon Rd. in ref. to loud music reportedly coming from vehicles.

Arrest – Michael Chase was arrested at a residence on Booth Dr. for an outstanding warrant, also charged with Possession of Methamphetamine w/Intent and Possession of Cocaine w/Intent .

Found Property – A wallet was found in the front yard of a residence on Jack Glass Rd.

Zone 5
Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Bay Creek Church Rd. and Old Zion Cemetery Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Bold Springs Rd. and Charleston Ave. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Identity Theft – Subject reported tax fraud at a residence on Hazel Circle.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Hwy 81 and Bold Springs Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Fawn Valley Dr. Residence checked. Everything okay.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Charmond Dr. and Roscoe Davis Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Arrest – Cory Futral was arrested at a residence on Roscoe Davis Rd. for an outstanding warrant and Battery following a domestic dispute.

Alarm - Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Bold Springs Rd.

Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested in the area of Bold Springs Rd. in reference to residence being toilet papered and items disturbed outside the residence. Subjects were reportedly in a Dually truck.

Burglary Report – Door pried open and drawers in bedroom reportedly opened at a residence on Mountain Creek Church Rd. Nothing appeared to have been taken.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Dewey Hogan Rd. Residence checked. Everything okay.

Zone 6
Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check Youth Monroe Rd. and Broadnax Mill Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Arrest – Richard Deerman was arrested for DUI and several other traffic offenses in the area of Broadnax Mill Rd. and Hodges Rd. following a vehicle pursuit with Walton County deputies that started in the area of Youth Monroe Rd. and Broadnax Mill Rd. The vehicle was involved in an accident.

Domestic Violent – Male juvenile was charged with Aggravated Assault following an altercation with his sister at a residence on Buck Smith Rd.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Broadnax Mill Rd. and Mill Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Arrest – Samuel Schultz was arrested Battery under the Family Violence Act at a residence on Marce Camp Rd.

Suspicious Person / Discharging Firearms – Subject reportedly saw two white males and one black male standing near his vehicle at a residence on Hwy 20. Subjects reportedly ran toward Hwy 20 and shots were reportedly heard from that direction. Area checked. No contact with subjects.

Harassing Phone Calls – Subject reportedly receiving calls and texts making accusations he is part of Ku Klux Klan.

Entering Auto – Vehicles were reportedly entered at several locations in Jackson Mobile Home Park off Hwy 20.

Suspicious Vehicle – Four wheelers were reportedly being ridden on tree farm on Walker Bennett Rd.

Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested for A&A Mini Storage due to gate issues.

Arrest – Jonathan Howell was arrested in area of Broadnax Mill Rd. and Castlewood Dr. for Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Damage to Property and Public Intoxication following a suspicious person call.

Discharging Firearms – Firearms and someone screaming was reportedly heard in the area of Victoria Park Dr. Party located in the area.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a business on Hwy 20. Business checked. Everything okay.

Damage to Property – A bullet reportedly went through a house on Broadnax Mill Rd. Subject was found that admitted to shooting across the pond at a beaver. Subject agreed to pay for damages.

Zone 7
Arrest – Jimmy Etheridge was arrested for outstanding warrants at a residence in Rockdale County for Criminal Trespass, Cruelty to Children and Battery (Family Violence Act).

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Hillview Dr. and Cannon Farm Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Arrest – Melinda Payne was arrested for DUI Drugs and other traffic charges in the area of Guthrie Cemetery Rd. and Hwy 81.

Entering Auto – Parts were reportedly taken from the back seat of a vehicle during the night hours at a residence on Twin Pines Rd.

Suspicious Person – Doorbell reportedly being rung by juveniles in area of Springwood Dr. No contact made.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Stewart Rd.
Residence checked. Everything okay.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Country Ln.
Residence checked. Everything okay.

Arrest – Michael Lamar White was arrested for an outstanding warrant at a business on Hwy 20. Brandilyn White was arrested at same location for Possession of Marijuana less than an ounce. Both arrests a result of a suspicious vehicle complaint.
