Zone 1

Arrest – Samuel Rodriguez was arrested for numerous outstanding warrants in the area of Hwy 138 and Cannon Farm Rd.
Harassment – Subject was reportedly coming to a residence on Habersham Circle and making resident owner feel uncomfortable by comments subject was making. Subject issued Criminal Trespass warning.
Arrest – Juan Pedro Padilla was arrested at a traffic stop in the area of Hwy 138 and West Spring St. for Driving while Unlicensed.
Firearms – Firearms were reportedly discharged in the area of Dally Rd. Area checked. No contact.
Suspicious Vehicle – A green, Ford Taurus was found on the shoulder of the roadway at the entrance to the subdivision. No tag on vehicle. Vehicle was red tagged.
Zone 2
Theft Report – A gas powered floor saw was reportedly misplaced or stolen within the past eight months from a construction site in area of Baxter Parkway.
Stolen Vehicle- A 2014 Bee custom made miniature horse trailer was reportedly stolen from a residence on Walton Downs Ct. between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on 04/03/15.
Burglary Report – A residence on Willow Springs Church Rd. was reportedly entered between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on 04/03/15. Prescription medications and cash were reportedly taken.
Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested in the area of Knox Chapel Rd. due to suspicious vehicles sitting in front of a driveway.
Other Law - Property reportedly possibly being attempted to be stolen at a residence on Alcovy Mountain Rd. Items reportedly moved around in shed and battery charger was found in the wood line. Nothing appeared to be missing.
Zone 3
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Crystal Brook Court. Resident checked. Everything okay.
Loud Music – Loud music reported on Crystal Brook Way. Source of loud music located. Resident was asked to turn it down.
Arrest – Gregory Henderson was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Henry County at a residence on Mt. Ena Church Rd.
Fire Assist – A truck caught fire in the back yard of a residence on Poplar St.
Safety Check – Walton County conducted a safety check on Unisia Dr. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Zone 4
Abandoned Vehicle - A green, Mercury Mountaineer was found on Hearn Rd. off the roadway. Vehicle was towed by Jay’s. Owner of vehicle called looking for vehicle. Stated she had a blowout.
Found Property – A backpack was found near the roadway in the area of Edmondson Rd. Owner unknown.
Theft Report – Medication was reportedly stolen from a residence on Phillips Dr.
Animal Cruelty – Two dogs were found shot and dumped in a creek off of Ponderosa Trail. Dogs had gone missing a week ago.
Theft Report – Coins were reportedly taken from a residence on Shoal Creek Rd. between 03/28/2015 and 04/04/2015.
Firearms – Firearms reported discharged in the area of Hunters Crossing Ln. Area checked. No contact.
Arrest – Sherod Hayes was arrested in the area of Mountain Creek Church Rd. and Walton Rd. for Driving while License Suspended following a traffic stop.
Zone 5
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Orchard Cir. Residence checked. Everything okay.
Accident – Accident in the area of Hwy 81. Three vehicles were involved in the accident. No injuries.
Arrest – Tracey Smith was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Cherokee County at a residence on Hwy 11.
Theft Report – A 4’ x 5’ orange utility cart with 12” caster wheels and heavy steel racks/shelving were reportedly stolen sometime between 04/01/15 and 04/02/15 from Wise Installation off of Nathan Blvd.
Suspicious Vehicle – Subjects reportedly driving around with headlights off. They were advised to leave the subdivision.
Arrest – Paul Humphreys-Wall was stopped for a headlight violation in the area of Bold Springs Rd. and Charleston Ave. Subject was arrested for DUI drugs and several other charges.
Safety Check – Walton County conducted a safety check on Bold Springs Rd. and Charleston Ave. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Littering/Illegal Dumping – Subject reportedly dumping fast food containers and trash in the area of Round Ridge Rd.
Identity Theft – Subject at a residence on Apalachee Ridge. reportedly received a Green Dot card in his name.
Safety Check – Walton County conducted a safety check on Bold Springs Rd. and Hwy 11. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. One drug arrest was made as a result of the safety check.
Theft Report – Cash and narcotics were reportedly stolen from a subject’s purse at a residence on Roscoe Davis Rd.
Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested at a residence on Morgans Run in reference to holes being dug in the homeowner’s yard while she is at work.
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at Heywood Cycles. Business checked. Everything okay.
Safety Check – Walton County conducted a safety check on Hwy 11 and Nicholsville Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Zone 6
Suspicious Call – Subject reportedly received call stating someone was trying to hack her computer and they needed her password to prevent it from happening. Caller was reportedly Indian descent.
Identity Theft – Someone reportedly filed taxes under a social security number of a resident on Anslee Cir.
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a business on Lance Ct. Business checked. Everything okay.
Agency Assist - Loganville Police Department placed a lookout for a white, 2005 Toyota Camry with blacked out wheels, no hubcaps, and reportedly occupied by two black males in the area of Alexander Crossing reference to an Armed Robbery. Walton County deputies checked area for suspect vehicle. No contact.
Identity Theft – A credit card was reportedly opened and social security number used to file taxes of a resident on Greystone Ct.
Safety Check – Walton County conducted a safety check on Miller Bottom Rd. and Round Rock Ct. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Safety Check – Walton County conducted a safety check on Hwy 20 and Ivory Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Suspicious Person – A female subject and juvenile came onto a subject’s property on Hwy 20 without permission. Contact made with female subject. Daughter works on Hwy 20. She was advised not to come back onto property.
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Brighton Place. Residence checked. Everything okay.
Safety Check – Walton County conducted a safety check on Rosebud Rd. and Escoe Dr. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Arrest – Collen and Crystal Kennedy were arrested at a residence on Youth Monroe Rd. for outstanding warrants out of Putnam County.
Zone 7
Accident – A head-on collision occurred in the area of Hwy 138 and Walnut Grove Bypass. One subject received serious injuries.
Safety Check – Walton County conducted a safety check on Guthrie Cemetery Rd. and Guthrie Crossing. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Juvenile Problem/Trespassing – Juveniles were reportedly riding four wheelers on the property of a resident on Kent Rock Rd. Complainant reportedly addressed the issue with the juveniles. Complainant just wanted a report on file.
Suspicious Vehicle – A green, Honda Accord was reportedly driving erratic and breaking a lot. Traffic stop conducted. Subject issued a warning for failure to maintain lane.
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at Atha Road Elementary school. School checked. Everything okay.
Arrest – Jacob Hooper was arrested for DUI and other traffic charges following being involved in an accident on Youth Jersey Rd.
Safety Check – Walton County conducted a safety check on Centerhill Church Rd. and Emmett Still Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Harassment – Subject at a residence on Greystone Dr. was reportedly harassed by an unknown subject. Cameras and GPS devices had reportedly been installed in her house and vehicle.
