Arrest – Cecil Morris was arrested for an outstanding warrant as a result of a traffic stop.

Hit & Run Accident – Subject reported a vehicle struck her vehicle and refused to stop in the area of Hwy 138 & HD Atha Rd.

Nothing reported.

Zone 3
Juvenile Problem – A juvenile problem was reported in the area of Bryson Trl and Corey Creek Dr in Tilley Trace Subdivision. A male juvenile was seen riding a red/white motorclye in the area.

Burglary Report – A burglary was reported at a residence on Old Athens Hwy.

Damage to Property – A mailbox was reportedly damaged at a residence on Mt. Vernon Rd.

Trespassing – Subject reported that someone has been in his greenhouse at a residence on Old Athens Hwy.

Damage to Property – A vehicle was reportedly damaged at a residence on Maple Creek Ridge in Maple Creek Subdivision.

Alarm – Walton County Deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Youth Monroe Rd. in Youth MHP.

Hit & Run Accident – Subject reported that a vehicle struck her vehicle and refused to stop in the area of Hwy 20 & Centerhill Church Rd.

Zone 7
Arrest – Brian Smith was arrested on Centerhill Church Rd. as a result of a domestic earlier this date.

Suspicious Vehicle – A vehicle was found on Rowe Rd. at Arnold Chapel Church. Walton County Deputies found a male and female subject in vehicle engaging in intimate relations. Appropriate action was taken and subjects were made to leave location.

Abandoned Item – Juvenile reportedly found a hypodermic needle in the area of By Pass Rd and New Horizon Dr.

Damage to Property – Subject reported that her vehicle was damaged by debris from a vehicle that had struck a school bus mirror in the area of HD Atha Rd at Atha Road Elementary School.
