Who Were the Area's Fastest Runners in the Peachtree?

Kyle Dodd was the area's fastest runner in the annual Peachtree Road Race, held Thursday, July 4, in Atlanta.

More than 55,000 runners participated in the annual 10-kilometer race down Peachtree Street.

According to results posted on the Atlanta Track Club's website, Dodd, a Loganville resident, ran the race in a time of 39 minutes, 49 seconds, which was 399th overall. Connor Stepps was Grayson's fastest runner in a time of 40:03, which was 425th overall.
