Witness Sought in Motorcycle Wreck That Killed Grayson Woman

Police are looking for more information about the accident that killed 20-year-old Elizabeth Marooney.

GRAYSON, GA -- Police are looking for a witness to the December motorcycle crash that killed a 20-year-old Grayson woman.

Elizabeth Marooney was riding on a Suzuki motorcycle being driven by Josiah Still, 18, on Loganville Highway near Patricia Terrace at about 5 p.m. on December 9 when Ismet Huskovic, 72, of Lawrenceville, turned around in the road, striking them, according to Gwinnett County Police.

Marooney was declared dead on the scene and Still was sent to the hospital in serious condition.

Huskovic, a native of Bosnia, was arrested on the scene. He is charged with vehicular homicide, serious injury by vehicle, reckless driving and making an unsafe U-turn.
