• Health inspection scores for Cobb County restaurants and other food services from August 14 to August 20 (cobbcountycourier.com subscription) — Cobb County health inspectors just released scores from Aug. 14–20, including several spots right here in Mableton like New Han's, Reid's Deli, Taco Hut, Star East, and King Kong Wings. Most local restaurants earned scores in the 90s, but a few elsewhere in the county scored much lower, giving residents a useful snapshot of current food safety standards.
