• Health inspection scores for Cobb County restaurants and other food services from August 14 to August 20 (cobbcountycourier.com subscription) — Cobb County health inspectors just released scores from Aug. 14–20, including several spots right here in Mableton like New Han's, Reid's Deli, Taco Hut, Star East, and King Kong Wings. Most local restaurants earned scores in the 90s, but a few elsewhere in the county scored much lower, giving residents a useful snapshot of current food safety standards.

This little white dog has been running up and down center/peak street all night he just ran towards old Floyd but keeps turning around to go towards… (Nextdoor Mableton) - We appreciate the Cooper Family who also owns the local GoGo Party Bus in Mableton who cleaned up their adopted mile on Hunnicut Road.
