4th of July: AJC Peachtree Road Race

The annual holiday event is the largest 10K in the world. It begins in Buckhead and ends in Midtown.

The AJC Peachtree Road Race has distinguished itself as one of the premier Fourth of July traditions in Atlanta with its festive atmosphere, scenic city course and beloved finisher's T-shirt. Organized by the Atlanta Track Club, the event is the largest 10K in the world, attracting runners of all ages and paces eager to take part in the Fourth of July tradition.


The 6.2 miles of the AJC Peachtree Road Race takes participants from the streets of Buckhead to the corners of Midtown, finishing in Atlanta's Piedmont Park.
