An Atlanta insurance broker is suing two of its former employees, claiming they attempted to “sabotage” their business.

According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Beecher Carlson has filed a federal lawsuit against Michael Stern and Mark Ouimette, who the lawsuit claims formed their own company in secret while still working for Beecher Carlson, breaching their employment contracts.
Furthermore, the lawsuit alleges Stern and Ouimette stole trade secrets from Beecher Carlson for use with their new company, meant to directly compete with their old employers.
