Detectives with the agency are investigating a total of six burglaries — four commercial and two residential — that occurred between Aug. 3 and Aug. 7. The commercial burglaries include a Subway restaurant and three convenience stores.

In those instances, a cement block or rock was thrown through the front glass doors while the businesses were closed and the cash registers were taken, Baker stated.

The two home burglaries occurred in the BridgeMill subdivision during the same time frame, and a 50-inch television was taken from one residence. Nothing was reported stolen in the other residential burglary, Baker added.

Anyone with information on Jones’s whereabouts is urged to call 911.

Baker said Jones is also a suspect in the commercial burglaries, but has not been charged at this time, as there are at least two suspects involved in the commercial burglaries.

If anyone has any information about these incidents they are urged to contact detectives at 770-928-0239. The incidents remain under investigation and more arrests are possible.
