Offered on Saturday and Sunday, Bellwoods’ brunch will feature creative dishes perfected by executive chef Leif Johnson in preparing pre-service meals for his staff. Brunch highlights include chilaquiles, waffles and wings, breakfast burrito and a breakfast scramble alongside an impressive, kitchen-driven build-your-own bloody Mary bar. Guests will be able to enjoy a selection of vodkas, including housemade infusions, ranging from $10 to $14, before visiting the bar to create a personalized cocktail. Boasting a variety of housemade mixes, ranging from spicy and “pickly” to traditional tomato, the bar will also highlight a selection of salt glass rimmers, hot sauces, clam juice, horseradish, house-pickled vegetables and garnishes including stuffed olives, peppers and celery allow guests to customize their drinks. Beer floater shots will also be available for an additional $1.
