Taking "Taco Tuesday" to a new level, Chef Mimmo is pulling out all the stops this year for Cinco de Mayo at both Red Pepper locations.
Taking “Taco Tuesday” to an entirely new level, Chef and Owner Mimmo Alboumeh is pulling out all the stops this year for Cinco de Mayo at both Red Pepper Taqueria locations. Beginning at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, partygoers are invited to enjoy live music and an array of drink and food specials including a $2 Riverview Farms Smoked Suckling Pig Taco that will be smoked onsite and topped with roasted poblano peppers and pineapple relish. While listening to the sounds of Gary Vaughn n’ Friends, Marty Nicoles and a late night set from DJ Chad Crane, attendees can also take advantage of $5 RP Margaritas and $3 Tecate, Dos XX and Heineken brews.
