Design Conversation – Women in Gaming Panel Discussion

The

game industry has grown in leaps and bounds in the past decades, but women

working in gaming still face distinct challenges – attracting more women to the

profession of making games and eliminating discrimination against women in the

work place.

Our

panel of game industry professionals will discuss the current working

landscape. Panelists will highlight some of the many benefits of working in

games and share their own personal triumphs and challenges.

Moderated

by Deborah Thomas (Silly Monkey), our panel will include Joelle Silverio (CCP),

Molly Proffitt (Thrust Interactive), Ali Wallick (Kaneva), Katelyn Pistick

(Hi-Rez Studios), Cindy Chen (Visioneering Gaming)

open at 6pm.  Discussion begins at 6:30pm.
