Ex-Here to Serve Owner Opening New Restaurant
Tom Catherall's Taco Cowboy is opening in Virginia Highland.
ATLANTA, GA — The former owner of Here to Serve Restaurants is opening his new restaurant in Virginia Highland on Oct. 19.
Taco Cowboy is in the site of the old Noche in Virginia Highland, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Tom Catherall originally wanted to call the new eatery TomTom, but that name was found to be part of the old restaurant group.
Here to Serve's chain of trendy restaurants closed abruptly last year, leaving about 1,000 servers, bartenders, cooks and other personnel out of work.

The company operated 10 locations throughout metro Atlanta, including three Noche locations; two Coast locations, as well as Prime, Shucks, Smash, Strip and Twist.
Taco Cowboy is located at 1000 Virginia Avenue.
