The Stand: A Movement. An Impact. A Legacy Luncheon will be held on Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 1:30-3:30 PM at The Wimbish House and is intended to:
• Recognize outstanding and innovative domestic violence program initiatives by GCADV member organizations.

• Expand innovative domestic violence program initiatives by GCADV member organizations.
• Expand awareness of domestic violence and statewide resources available to survivors and their families.
• Raise funds to enable GCADV to continue the critical work of empowering survivors and the organizations that serve them.
Hear keynote presentations from renowned domestic violence prevention advocates, including:
• Kit Gruelle, community educator and the subject of the HBO documentary Private Violence
• April McConnell, Fulton County Assistant District Attorney Domestic, and domestic violence survivor and community advocate
• Elaine Chandler, GFWC Georgia President, 2014-2016
Activities include Sunday Brunch and a ‘Beautiful You’ Silent Auction of High-End handbags and accessories.
Tickets are $40 and include Sunday Brunch. Available June 8 - October 1. Limited seating. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

Your support will aide GCADV in:
• Fostering quality services for victims by increasing capacity of members and service providers.
• Mobilizing a statewide voice to increase public policy development that helps victims and prevents DV.
• Educating the public to take action and prevent domestic violence.
The funds go directly to GCADV and help us fund our organization.
