Get Ready to Rock at Pittypat's Porch's Rock-a-Thon

Atlanta’s longest continually operating restaurant and in its true Southern style is celebrating the debut of its new porch and completion of a two-year renovation with a rocking chair musical chairs tournament and happy hour benefiting the Atlanta Community Food Bank on Thursday, June 18, from 5 to 7 p.m.

The event is sponsored by the Brumby Chair Co. who will be donating their handcrafted (and valuable at $995 apiece) chairs for the tournament. Even better, one lucky attendee will win one of the chairs in the raffle.

Admission includes two drink tickets, redeemable for a mint julep, glass of wine or beer each, one raffle ticket, passed classic Southern snacks, like black eyed pea cakes, catfish fingers, shrimp Charleston and fried green tomatoes, and general Southern merriment.
