'Iconic' 35-Story Apartment Tower Proposed for Midtown Mile
The $70 million project would include almost 400 residential units and 25,000 square feet of retail space.

In what the developer describes will be “iconic,” a 35-story apartment tower has been proposed for the Midtown Mile on what’s currently a parking lot at Peachtree and 6th streets.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports that The Integral Group, LLC is planning to develop an approximately $70 million project that would include almost 400 residential units and 25,000 square feet of retail space.
Funding is pending for the tower, which would be situated between the Viewpoint condominiums and 805 Peachtree condos and would be designed by the Midtown-based architectural firm Perkins+Will.

As the ABC reports, the tower would “showcase several bold design features,” and the could display artwork from renowned sculptor Ned Kahn at the base of the glass and concrete building.
