Dinner Lab, a membership based dining experience known for connecting adventurous diners with undiscovered chefs in secret, pop-up locations has tapped chef Sidney Blackwell, Chef de Cuisine at the Midtown Atlanta hotspot, GRAIN, to host two dinners on Saturday, June 13, 2015. Blackwell’s menu will celebrate the Global South – combining his culinary passion for the South with a unique blend of global cuisine, highlighting dishes from the southern regions of India, Italy, Thailand, and more. Food lovers that cannot attend Chef Blackwell’s Dinner Lab experience, can visit him at GRAIN, a new watering hole and eatery nestled at the bottom of MidCity Lofts in the heart of Midtown. Featuring an intimate atmosphere, thoughtful and inventive cocktail program, and eclectic bar bites menu, GRAIN is open from 3 p.m. to 3 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 3 p.m. to midnight on Sunday.
