littleBits: Design Your Own Animals, ages 8-12

How does electricity work? Kids learn all about electronic circuits in our Circuits with littleBits classes! In Circuits with littleBits classes, children ages 8-12 learn basic circuitry and incorporate electronic circuits into their creations.

From lions to monkeys to kodomo dragons, this class lets your child’s imagination soar as they design and construct their favorite animal out of basic craft materials. Then, using the design thinking methodology, they’ll brainstorm different ideas to bring their creatures to life and test out their ideas using littleBits circuits. They can make a lion roar or light up the eyes of a dragon and so much more!

Participation is $25 for Members, $30 for non-Members. Fee includes admission to the museum’s current exhibition for the participant and 1 adult.
