Meet LifeLine Animal Project's Fulton County Pets of the Week!

Yara loves four things in life: cuddles, food, toys and more cuddles! In addition to snuggling with her humans, she also adores other dogs and would be happy in a home with a canine sibling. In her current foster home, Yara instantly befriended the little resident dog and is great at sharing her toys with her! If you’re looking for the perfect mix of energy and couch potato, Yara is your girl! Give her a toy and she will play, play, play until she’s worn out and ready to snuggle. Yara also does great on a leash and is super gentle when accepting treats. Additionally, she knows how to sit, is almost completely house trained and sleeps in her crate at night. Meet Derrick, a one-year-old boy with an adorable old-man beard! This respectful pup gets along well with other dogs and loves his treats. He recently got to spend the weekend with a family who said he was an excellent house guest who had a great time playing with their resident dog and who slept soundly through the night in his crate. Derrick has already learned some basic commands and will quickly learn more due to his intelligence and love of treats!
