Meet LifeLine's Fulton County Animal Services Pets of the Week!

LifeLine Animal Project is experiencing an increase in animals coming into the shelter and needs more people to open up their hearts and homes to foster pets. In fact, our Fulton County Animal Services shelter took in 44 animals this past Wednesday alone! Since we are open intake shelters, we can't close our doors when we're full.

Both our Fulton and DeKalb County Animal Services shelters have a strong need for foster homes for medium-to-large dogs as well as dogs recovering from surgery or medical treatments who just need a quiet place to rest. And the majority of people who have fostered for us during the pandemic say their foster pets have brought lots of joy to their homes! Can I be your hero? I’m Hero and I am a very polite and handsome boy! I posed perfectly for my shelter photo because I wanted to make the camera lady happy. And when my human shelter friends offer me a treat, I sit and wait for it. I aim to please! Things I enjoy include short runs around the yard and playing with toys. However, my very favorite thing to do is find a spot right next to you and cuddle. In fact, I love watching TV, because that means I’ll also get to snuggle with you during your Netflex marathons! Hi, Ariel is my name, and going on adventures is my game! I’m a fun and playful young girl who loves to go for walks and play with toys. I’m also very smart and have already learned to sit.
