Midtown Apartmens Flooded by Water Main Break

At least 80 luxury apartments in Midtown have been flooded by a water main break, WSB-TV reports.

The 77 12th apartment complex near Piedmont Park was affected by a burst water main around midnight on Monday. Anywhere from 80 to 200 apartments have been affected by the water main break, which occurred on the 13th floor of the building.

WSB-TV reports that several residents’ possessions were ruined by flood damage, and that cleaning up the aftermath of the break could cost millions of dollars.
