Midtown Car Break-ins: Surveillance Photos Released

Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspects.

ATLANTA, GA — Police have released surveillance photos of suspects they believe may be responsible for a series of recent Midtown car break-ins.

Police say that on October 9, 2016 and October 11, 2016, 23 vehicles that were parked in three different parking garages in Midtown were broken into. All of the garages were equipped with surveillance cameras.

On October 9, around 6:25 p.m., police say the men pictured walked into a parking deck and broke into several vehicles at the location. They say the same men walked into two other Midtown garages on October 11, between 2:37 p.m. and 8:58 p.m., and broke into several vehicles.

The suspects entered the garages with back packs and the man in the red Alabama Crimson Tide hoodie was carrying a small tire iron in one of the surveillance videos.

Police are asking anyone with information about the suspects to contact contact Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477).
