A vigil was held Sunday evening outside TEN Atlanta in honor of the victims in the early morning shooting at an Orlando gay nightclub. TEN Atlanta is also where a mass celebration was held June 26, 2015, when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that same-sex marriage was a constitutional right.

The Pulse Orlando Night Club & Ultra Lounge was the scene Sunday of a massacre, apparently orchestrated by Omar Mateen. He killed 49 nightclub patrons and injured 53 others.
