Ponce City Market Preview Dinner with Anne Quatrano

Ponce City Market Preview Dinner with Anne Quatrano at 4th & Swift

This spring, executive chef and owner Jay Swift of 4th & Swift partners with Ponce City Market to welcome soon-to-be neighbors, Guy Wong of Ton Ton, Anne Quatrano of Dub’s Fish Camp, Sean Brock of Minero, Meherwan Irani of the unnamed Indian street food concept and Linton Hopkins of H&F Burger, for a series of dinners featuring sneak previews of each chef’s forthcoming concepts. The series will celebrate the opening of Ponce City Market’s highly anticipated Central Food Hall by giving Atlantans an exclusive first taste of the up-and-coming Old Fourth Ward restaurants.

From James Beard Award-winning chef Anne Quatrano, comes Dub’s Fish Camp, a casual-style fish shack set to open later this spring in the Food Hall. The stall will feature a raw shell counter, house made sandwiches and steamed fish bowls. On Tuesday, April 28, guests are invited to be the first to taste specialties from Dub’s Fish Camp.

Tickets cost $50 per person, including dinner and one cocktail. 10 percent of proceeds will be donated to The Giving Kitchen and Historic Fourth Ward Park Conservancy.Ticket Link: http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/1409459
