Escorpion is a regionally inspired Mexican tequila bar and cantina from chef-owner Riccardo Ullio that captures the authentic tastes and ingredients indigenous to Mexico. We’re delighted to welcome Executive Chef Luis and Mixologist Bryan Sheetz, who will take you on a culinary journey as you explore both the food and beverages of Mexico. From salsa to ceviche, tacos to tostadas, Chef Luis will share recipes from different regions as bar manager and mixologist Bryan talks tequila and mezcal. Menu forthcoming. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods, and Cabot Cheese. 100% of the proceeds benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
