Tech is No. 20 on a list of the nation's best colleges to get a good-paying job after graduation.

Georgia Tech is No. 20 on a new list that ranks the nation’s best schools to attend ... if you want to find a good-paying job afterward.

The Princeton Review recently compiled a list of the 25 colleges with the nation’s best career placement that were featured β€œColleges That Pay You Back: 2016 Edition.” The ratings not only talked to students and got their input, but also examined median starting and mid-career salaries for alumni.

Tech graduates’ median starting salary was $62,300, and their median mid-career salary was $112,600.

β€œLocated in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia Tech’s prime urban location puts a host of jobs and internships right at students’ fingertips,” the book said. β€œThe school boosts students’ career prospects even further through programs likeCareerBuzz, an online job board that connects students directly with prospective employers, and workshops on everything from writing first-rate cover letters to applying for international internships.”
