Canton Teen Killed In Cherokee County Crash
A 17-year-old Canton resident died early Saturday morning in a single-vehicle crash along Ball Ground Highway just north of the city. The Cherokee Sheriff's Office said the accident was reported near Evergreen Road, which is north of Fate Conn Road.

Robber Points Gun With Laser At Victims In Atlanta: Police
Police are soliciting the public's help in finding the perpetrator of an armed robbery of two people in southwest Atlanta. The thief turned on a "red dot laser" attachment and pointed it at the two victims. The suspect reached into the victim’s hoodie jacket pocket and stole $120 in $20 bills, police said.
