• Humane Society is suspending service to municipalities until service contracts are signed (moultrieobserver.com) — Animal control services inside Colquitt County’s smaller cities are on hold until they sign new contracts with the Moultrie-Colquitt County Humane Society, though Moultrie and the county already pay in. The shelter is over capacity, and cities may soon be billed $40 per call once rewritten agreements go out in September.
