Man With Cross Tattoo Sought for Robbing Norcross Laundry
The suspect pulled a gun on an employee and told her not to scream, police said.
NORCROSS, GA -- Three suspects, including a man with a cross tattooed on his cheek, are being sought for the armed robbery of a Norcross laundromat.
The robbery happened between 3:20-3:35 p.m. on Monday, March 14 at the Happy Coin Laundry, at 4771 Britt Rd. in Norcross.
Video surveillance of the crime shows a man talking with two women near the back of the store, Gwinnett County Police said in a news release.

The women gather their clothes from machines and leave, getting into a brown Buick as the man walks up to the front counter.
Police say the man placed $2 on the counter to buy some laundry detergent from a female employee, then grabbed a firearm from his pants pocket, demanding money and telling the employee not to scream.

The suspect then went behind the counter, stealing several hundred dollars, according to police.
Video shows the suspect stopping briefly as he leaves the store to pick up some money he dropped, then walking toward the nearby Food Depot store.
The main suspect is described as a black male between the ages of 18-28, standing about 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-11 and weighing anywhere from 140 to 185 pounds. He was wearing a black hooded Nike sweatshirt, black pants and dark shoes with white soles.
Most significantly, the employee distinctly remembered the man having a cross tattooed on his cheek, police said.
