• Missing: Police in Georgia searching for 13-year-old girl not seen in days (wjcl.com) — Gwinnett County police are asking Norcross residents to help find 13‑year‑old Evelin Inestroza, last seen leaving her home on Gulf Terrace in Norcross on September 29 and getting into a blue Toyota Corolla with aftermarket wheels. Neighbors who may have seen her or the car are urged to contact detectives or Crime Stoppers with any information.
   

• Norcross approves Piedmont Pathway project bridging divided community (roughdraftatlanta.com) — Norcross officials just advanced a 2.55‑mile Piedmont Pathway trail and park plan that would better connect neighborhoods split by Buford Highway and position the city for major federal grants. Council also accepted funding to expand the popular White Squirrel art hunt into Pinnacle Park and honored Council Member Marshall Cheek while updating rules for naming city assets.

Gwinnett County cities dominate the list overall, while Hall County's Gainesville ranks 15th statewide, underscoring how strongly newcomers are choosing metro Atlanta communities.
