BBB Warns Job Seekers About Fas-Trak Medical Transport & Fas-trak Medical Courier Services

BBB advises job seekers to be wary of what appears to be a phony medical delivery services company claiming to operate in a warehouse community located at 650 Hamilton Avenue Suite 200 Atlanta, Georgia 30312.

They advertise they are “The Nation’s Fastest Growing Transport Company.” However, according to the Atlanta Business License Bureau, the company is not licensed to operate at the Atlanta location nor do they maintain a license to operate under the name of Fas-Trak Medical Transport or Fas-trak Medical Courier Services in Atlanta. Apparentley, they have also operated under the name Liberty Courier in other areas.

According to BBB Serving St. Louis, the company has posted ads in the Dallas, Philadelphia, Phoenix and Atlanta areas. The Houston Craigslist ad reads “Medical Courier Houston - Company Vehicle Provided. Medical Courier with over 20 years of specialization in scheduled, route, and STAT delivery needs for the medical community. New Hires will be specifically trained in the proper handling and transportation.......”

“Starting Pay Rate$18-$22 Per Hour/Paid Training.”

The company website www.fastraktransport.com states the corporate office is located in Los Angeles, CA and Dispatch & Training Offices are located at 650 Hamilton Avenue Suite 200 Atlanta, GA 30312. The website also states the company has locations and are hiring in St. Louis, MO, Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL and Minneapolis, MN.

BBB Serving Metro Atlanta opened its file for Fas-Trak Medical Courier Services on April 21, 2015. Calls have been attempted with no success. The phone continuously rings unanswered. Our investigation on this firm is ongoing.
