EASTER BOUNTY AT BLT STEAK

You won't have to 'hunt' for the best meal in Atlanta this Easter!

After you’ve eaten your fill of chocolate eggs, hop over to BLT Steak for a family feast prepared by Chef de Cuisine Matt Ratcliffe. On Sunday, April 5, enjoy a seasonal bounty and spring sips that are sure to please every-bunny in your family. The specialty blackboard, available during lunch and dinner service, offers a Smoked Duck Ham served with deviled egg purée, tangy mustard seed and fried green tomatoes or a Cured Scottish Salmon Tartine with dill, pickled sweet onion, caper berries and baby kale to start. For your main course try White Oaks Pasture’s Lamb Loin with Vidalia onion purée, fermented pecans and tarragon with a side of Braised Collard Greens made with BLT Steak Bacon and apple cider vinegar or the Local Georgia Speckled Trout with Anson Mills blue hominy, sea island peas and sweet corn pudding with a side of Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with spring mushrooms and baby artichokes. If you didn’t get enough sweets in your Easter basket, finish your meal with Local Goat Cheese Mousse served with lemon, Dolce Nero, basil seed and Georgia pecan brittle or Strawberry Shortcake with house made sweet biscuits and bourbon Chantilly.

This special menu is available a la carte or as a prix fixe for $70, alongside the standard brunch, lunch and dinner menu. For more information on the Easter menu and to make reservations, please call (404) 557-7601 or visit bltsteakatlanta.com.
