We will show you the proper way to inoculate logs for shiitake cultivation. The Atlanta-based "2 FunGuys" (http://www.2fun-guys.com/) will provide all the material and knowledge for this “hands on” workshop and they will also have extra spawn for sale that you can take and make more shiitake logs!
