Tai Chi Chaun for Seniors

Tai-Chi Chaun is one of the principal branches of Chinese martial art. It is a part of Chinese Culture with a close relationship to Chinese medicine. This activity involves continuous flow of relaxation movement; helping to improve balance coordination and total body rhythm.  Ages 50+.

Tai Chi 1: 
Mondays (2-3pm)
Fridays (10-11am)
$88/8wk session

Mondays
3– 4:30pm
