Tai Chi for Seniors

For adults 50+.  Need to have completed the previous 8-week series unless instructor gives permission.  Please note, there are 3 separate classes being offered:

Nov. 28-Dec. 12 (Monday) 2:00-3:00pm.
Nov. 28-Dec. 12 (Monday) 3:15-4:15pm.
Dec. 2-Dec. 16 (Friday) 10-11am.
