For adults 50+. Please note there are two classes. Bring your own mat, water and towel.
Level 1: Nov. 2-Dec. 21 (Wednesday) 11-12:15pm ($84).
Level 2: Nov. 4-Dec. 16 (Friday) 11:15-12:30pm ($72).
Level 1 is appropriate for those who cannot get up and down and if you've never tried yoga.
Level 2 practices moving at a more active pace. Previous yoga experience preferred.
