Ex-Lakeside High Principal Draws Full Salary After Removal
Jason Clyne was removed from the position earlier this year after allegedly making racial and disparaging remarks to employees.

DeKalb County, GA -- Former Lakeside High School Principal Jason Clyne has reportedly been drawing his regular salary even though he was placed on administrative leave and then removed from his position.
In March, DeKalb County School District officials announced Clyne's resignation after he allegedly made some racial and disparaging remarks to employees, with one remark reported to be, “You don’t want to mess with me. I’m a redneck master with a degree. I run these 40 acres!”
A social media firestorm erupted, and several fliers were distributed around the school, protesting Clyne's alleged remarks.

Now, the AJC is reporting that Clyne has been paid for five months for no work. A spokesperson for the school district told Patch, “It is the policy of the DeKalb County School District not to comment on personnel matters.”
An investigative report on Clyne from the school district showed several other infractions of district and school policy that Clyne allegedly engaged in.
