Futura is working hard to trust humans. Furkids rescued Futura from an overcrowded home where the dogs were not getting any socialization with humans. Futura was born into that situation and unfortunately she missed out on the critical socialization period as a pup. Futura is a gentle, little spirit but she is ready to flee at the slightest upset. A sound, a sudden movement, just about anything can send her into a panic. Taking on such a scared little 9-lb. dog is a big responsibility. Futura will come around but it will take time, patience and most of all a very responsible caregiver who will take the necessary steps to keep Futura safe and secure and show her that the world doesn’t need to be such a scary place.
