Kroger Celebrates Re-Grand Opening of Lawrenceville Highway Store
The Kroger at 4357 Lawrenceville Hwy in Tucker will celebrate its Re-Grand Opening, Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 10 a.m.
ATLANTA (November 12, 2014) – The Kroger at 4357 Lawrenceville Hwy in Tucker will celebrate its Re-Grand Opening, Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 10 a.m. after undergoing an expansion that increased the store’s layout to more than 64,000 square feet. The location opened in 1999 as the Atlanta Division’s 100th store. The division currently operates more than 185 locations.
“Kroger has been a part of the Tucker community since 1945,” says Glynn Jenkins, director of communications and public relations for Kroger’s Atlanta Division. “We are thrilled to provide our Tucker customers with improved amenities that will enhance their shopping experience.”

The Tucker High School Color Guard will be on site during the ribbon cutting ceremony to help re-open the store. The celebrations will continue through Sunday, Nov. 23 with special events including food sampling; live cooking demos; face painting and balloon art for children; and more.
