
North Druid Hills resident Adam Coker has been promoted to Market Investment Director at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. In his role as Market Investment Director, Adam oversees U.S. Trust offices in Atlanta and Greenville, S.C. and leads a team of nine talented and dedicated investment professionals. In addition, Coker works with the Regional Investment Executive and other investment professionals in setting investment strategies for clients.
In his ongoing role as a Senior Portfolio Manager he remains responsible for client’s strategic investment objectives and unique goals in order to provide guidance and effectively develop, implement and manage their customized investment strategy.
Prior to joining U.S. Trust in 2010, Adam was Senior Portfolio Manager for nine years at Spectrum Advisory Services, an investment counseling firm in Atlanta. He began his career in 1991 with Barnett Bank in Florida as an analyst and portfolio manager. He later joined SunTrust Bank in Atlanta as a portfolio manager. Coker holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Florida. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Atlanta. Adam serves on the board of directors and chairs the Resource Development Committee for the Atlanta Center for Self Sufficiency, and is in his ninth year teaching in the Math Superstars program at Mary Lin Elementary School.
