The Golden Lions put on a dominant performance and ended an early-season three-game losing streak.   The Golden Lions scored early and often, jumping out to a 4-0 lead after two innings. St. Pius' scoring parade continued when it added four more runs in the top of the fifth inning to bust the game wide open. Later, they posted a nine-spot in the top of the sixth to put this game well out of reach. The Golden Lions got a great outing from starting pitcher Ryan Brennan, who recorded the win. They also received three innings of solid relief work from Chad Mabini.
