The Oconee County Library is hosting an ice cream party for teens ages 11 to 18 on Saturday, August 4 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
This "End of Summer" party is where the top three readers from the summer reading program will be announced and awarded. All attendees will receive a new book and bookmark.
