• Watkinsville art group installs new quilt face board (onlineathens.com) — A new kid-friendly "Face Board" created by the WOW painting group is now installed between Extra Special People and Watkinsville City Hall on VFW Drive, giving local children a colorful, quilt-like backdrop to spark creativity. Supported with a frame from the city of Watkinsville, the outdoor artwork showcases pieces from Wonders of Watercolor members and brightens a highly visible community spot.
