100-Townhome Development Approved for Peachtree Corners

The development will be off of Jay Bird Alley.

A 100-townhome development on 15 acres off of Jay Bird Alley has been approved by Peachtree Corners city council, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution is reporting.

The homes will reportedly average 2,400 square feet and sell in the low $300,000s.

The AJC says the development will include a pool, clubhouse and multi-use trail that will eventually connect with the city’s trail system.
